My Centric Expanding into Centric Health

My Centric was first established in 2015 and from the beginning has been focused and committed to patient-centric care. In the last few years, My Centric has been transforming into Centric Health. This change reflects the company’s commitment to listening and adapting to its patients’ needs. Centric Health offers a variety of services that are more accurately represented with the name change from My Centric.

We have always been centric on our patients, families, communities, and staff – they are why we do what we do. So how have we evolved from My Centric? Let us share!

Hometown Start and Feel

The founders of My Centric have been working within the home health industry since the 1980s and 1990s. They wanted to take their knowledge, experience, and expertise in the home health and hospice care industry and find a better way to provide these services.

My Centric was first established in Greenville, TX – a community located just 35 miles northeast of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Since 2015, we have expanded into seven different locations throughout Oklahoma and North Texas. Moving across state borders first prompted the name change from My Centric because it wasn’t just Texans, we were providing service for but also the amazing people in Oklahoma.

Providing the Services Patients Need

In addition to expanding into other states, Centric Health expanded its services available for its patients. At the very beginning, My Centric provided home health and hospice services so we could continue to care for our patients as their needs changed. And Centric Health continues to deliver services to our patients through Centric Home Health and Hospice.

We continue to provide the services patients need as we help patients with traditional insurance as well and not just those with Medicare. We understand that life, illness, and injuries happen to people of all ages not just the elderly. Providing quality home health services for our patients is what we are centric too. We do that through our core values.

Centric’s Dedication to Continuous Improvement

My Centric has always been dedicated to continuous improvement, and with the name change to Centric Health, it will be easier for patients to understand that our dedications are always focused on patients’ health and wellbeing.

Centric Health is always working to find new and innovative ways to better serve our patients. We want to be the best at what we do, and that means making changes when necessary. The name My Centric is no longer an accurate representation of who we are and what we do, but Centric Health is.
